John H. Mabey, Jr. calls on extensive experience after serving nearly 14 years as counsel for the Utah State Engineer and the Utah Division of Water Rights. David C. Wright has practiced in state and federal court, including the Tenth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Tax Court, since 1989. P. Corper James practices in the areas of general business and employment law with an emphasis in employment discrimination and litigation. Wright joined them in February of 2001, allowing the practice to expand to include commercial and water litigation. Bill White retired from the practice of law but remains active in water development. P. Corper James joined the firm in 2007.
