Mabey, Jr., a former colleague at the Utah Attorney General's Office, joined Bill to form White & Mabey, focusing their law practice on Utah water law. David C. Wright joined them in February of 2001, allowing the practice to expand to include commercial and water litigation. Bill White retired from the practice of law but remains active in water development. P. Corper James joined the firm in 2007.
