Brooke A. White

Attorney

Brooke began her law practice working on various energy matters, including oil and gas exploration, regulatory compliance, and administrative proceedings. She has also represented corporate clients in labor and employment matters, advising corporate human resources departments and personnel.

Upon joining Mabey Wright & James in 2003, Ms. White has been responsible for advising private, industrial, and municipal entities on multiple issues affecting water rights, real property, and employment law. She also volunteers her time with the Landlord-Tenant and Debt Collection Clinic in Bountiful Second District Court.

Ms. White received her B.A. in Art History from the University of Utah and her J.D. from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law.
