The firm’s litigation expertise includes trials and appeals in state and federal court since the mid-1980’s. David Wright, John Mabey and Corper James have tried cases and handled appeals in state and federal courts in a wide variety of areas, including water rights, real property, eminent domain/condemnation, title insurance, employment, corporate and business disputes, injuries to business interests and commercial transactions and construction.
